Once you have selected a spot that suits you, your booking will only be confirmed once the pre-payment has been made (and you have 15minutes to do so before the page times out).

Supplements will still be able to be picked up from the clinic during most of this time or can be arranged to be posted. Victoria will continue to consult as usual at the clinic and via Telehealth during this time.
Cancellation policy and online booking disclaimer
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.As we are a busy clinic, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all rescheduling or cancellation, otherwise 100% of the consultation fee will be charged.
If rescheduling before 48 hours, your pre-payment will not be lost and will be credited to your rescheduled appointment time.
